Well after traveling 900 miles and visiting about 30 different yards I have yet to find a good pedal set for my Suburban. So now I need some help, I wondering if I can use a ZBAR Pedal assembly and modify it to work a hydo clutch pedal system. What would be better, Hydro brakes or vacuum brakes I have found a local donor with all the correct equipment for my suburban year except its a z bar system. Has anyone done this conversion and is it worth it to change to hydo brakes. Fab is not a problem.

hydro brakes are nice over vac brakes .

and I prefer hydro clutch over mech my self .

the hydro clutch pedal units some times come with 2 pin holes for the hydro or vac brakes option . since hydro boost brakes have different pin hole location over vac brakes on the brake arm . the few I have seen you could just add in the second pin if you get one with wrong setup and make it correct easy . I did it before by just welding in the 2nd pin .
