89 tbi switched to carb

well i would like to go back to tbi i have tbi off 91 454 suburban(and all the body parts 2)my motor still has all the wiring wrapped up real purty,
i got a rodjester tbi and helix powertower and he said theres a chip in the computer.wheres the computer at?
pics would be helpfull but i'll take any scraps being thrown
