9/16 wheel studs upgrade

As far as I can tell, neither of the studs mentioned is designed like OEM, meaning the knurl isn't biting into what GM intended it to bite into.

I'm not an engineer, problem, or not?

I spent a ton of time looking for a larger front wheel stud for a 6 lug front, I found exactly one (1/2") that was designed like the OEM 7/16" stud. I figured GM had a reason to have the lug bite into the hub and not the rotor.

Would you happen to recall the part # for that 1/2" front stud?

I dont, sorry. I know I had it, but cant find my order showing the PN. The Dorman catalog is pretty extensive, check that out online. It's a weird OEM application, I want to say a 60s Dodge car with left and right side specific lug studs. But IIRC it's the only stud that looks like the GM front.

I also used that one up front (vs another diameter), as I was able to find a decent rear 1/2" stud that worked in the 14mm 14SF stud holes, and the lug nut taper worked with the stock wheels.

Unfortunately I had a k5 with those studs and then tried to find the same for another axle but couldn't.

Pretty sure I found the order email, it was a 610-136. Unfortunately I don't see this in their catalog anymore, and online listings (summit and amazon) show as unavailable.

They are being sold on ebay, but stupid expensive.
