I have an 87 suburb with a 9" of lift and 35" nitto mud grapplers. the tread is almost bald so its time for new tires and the 35's look way to small. what is the wax size i can clear with the 9" lift???

ya, i would go with 39.5s too....for a tire choice.. TSLs. im looking into getting exactly that, all four 39.5x15x16.5 at 4wheelparts.com cost $1056 for the bias.

i had 9" lift and 39.5's on my k5 and i thought it was almost perfect (42's would be better)

ive also got 42's on 9-10" lift on a pickup. both have good stances

How did you get that price? I just looked and it was a lot more than that.

ya, i didnt include shipping, it comes to $1,140.91, which is pretty good i think.

For 39.5x15.5x16.5(wheels size) bias TSLs from 4wheelparts? There's 2 choices C and E load rating:

$293.99 or $360.99

A set of 4 C ratings would come out to $1260.xx after shipping. Dunno about tax.

Not trying to argue, just wondering where you see that price.

Well here's what mine looked like with 9" (6" BDS susp./3"body) and 39.5 M/T Baja Radials. I like th way it looked but coulda been a little bigger or meatier tire

Thanks guys

It seems like the 39.5's are get the popular vote here. But are you saying that I should go with these because that is the biggest that will fit???? Or can I go to a bigger size??

HEY MAN!!!! what gears are you running???axles???? etc.??? that would be my deciding factor on how big to go. im running 39.5's with 12in lift and can still make them kiss the fenders if i beat it hard enough. im in bradenton, fl and if you wanna take a trip, or ever down this way, hit me up and you can check out my truck/tires if you want man.....

I went with 39.5 TSL's and they look just right to me, only prob I had was with the fenders, prob didnt cut enough. They hit when I come down a little hard.
