1990 Blazer with 4.5" lift up front. For the rear, I was hoping to use the ORD 2.5 Shackle Flip and some 2" lift 56's in the rear.

Can I still swap sides on the shackle flip to make these 56's work? All the threads I have seen involved the use of the 4" shackle flip.

Yes you can, I did this on my '91.

You can, just be aware that you end up with a lot of shackle angle doing it that way (only accounting for 2" of the 4" that the springs is longer).

Also, to my knowledge, none of the lift kit companies make 2" 56's any more.

Thanks guys, Rough Country part # 8036 - 2" rear 56" lift spring

Actually a nice riding rear spring being that its from RC...

So would that mean that I would need a longer shackle in back? I am running procomp 11411 springs up front (4") and would like to stay close to that. I was thinking of running a 5" shackle instead of a 4.5". Or, would I need a 6" shackle due to the difference? I would like to say right around 4" with my 37's and trimming.
