Will I need to lower my cross member any that supports the tranny & t-case if I am adding a 4" suspension lift to my blazer?

NO. You don't have to touch it. Some people drop the tcse crossmember to improve the rear driveshaft angle, but it make the front one worse. 4" shouldn't give you a problem, but every truck is just a little different.

Mine was fine on my 87. I got to rotate my rear pinion down though cause I dont have a CV shaft in the rear but the Tcase is fine.
