Nice Suburban :thumb:

If you lower the t-case, front d-shaft angle gets worse. You should turn the pinion up, towards the t-case.

they came from crutchfield. i had to do a Little modifications to get the 6 1/2 speakers to fit but it worked out great. they really helped out the sound in the front of the suburban.

Careful with pointing the pinion up if it's a street driver. This also takes away caster angle unless you do a cut and turn on the inner c's. Is the driveshaft actually binding or is it just hitting the crossmember? Just a note that pointing the pinion up will cause vibration on an application that doesn't have a CV joint at the transfer case, but yours should have that in the front anyway. Dropping the t-case doesn't really help front angles since the t-case then leans farther backward.

i see what you're saying about lowering the transfer case. no the shaft is not hitting the cross member but it is close. i do get a knocking sound from the CV joint area when in 4 wheel drive and really getting on it hard but i think i can fix that by clearanceing the CV joint like i read on here somewhere. we'll see I'll try that and then hammer it and see what sounds i get.
