I recently re painted my 1990 jimmy so when I was putting the doors back together my windows didn't really want to roll up. It has new window motors, figured it was because of new window seals that was making it not really want to move. The 30A pwr acc circuit breaker was extremely hot. Would that have anything to do with the windows? Or do I have a different problem I need to address. Planned on changing the circuit breaker in the morning. Thanks for any information.

Possibly from the new seals. Also check the tracks that the rollers ride in to see if the original grease is still there. It gets hard and dried out making the window motors work extra hard. Possibly clean and re-grease with bearing grease.
No need to change the fuse and definitely don’t put a larger fuse in its place. IIRC the original fuse is rated at 20A, but don’t quote me on that.

Tracks look good and are re greased. That was my first thought. It almost looks like the window tries to roll up crooked and gets in a bind. The front of the window kind of nose dives. The circuit breaker I was talking about replacing is one of those metal 30A ones that's a little bigger than a fuse. It was just kind of concerning after messing with the windows for a while how hot it was getting.
