I am trying to replace the passenger body mount right at the fire wall, I took out the bolt for the passenger rear just ahead of the rear tire and I can not seem to get the body to lift at all. Am I missing something here or can some one provide me with some tips and or suggestions?

thanks

How are you lifting the body?
Have you removed the passenger side body mount at the core support?

Generally speaking, all of the bolts need to be loosened several turns, and the ones on the same side should be removed.

Get one side done, put the bolts back in (loose), then remove the bolts from the other side and swap those bushings.

Once everything is back together, tighten all of the bolts.

His post says he's only replacing 1 bushing set so no need for to loosen all.

Sorry, my assumption was that he is just working on that particular one.

It may just be me, but I fail to see the purpose of replacing only 1 body bushing.

All bushing were replaced 3 years ago, the passenger bolt is broken off so this bushing has been abused. looks like I am faced with having to cut the floor pan to get to the back side of the bushing...

Why cut the floor? Both halves of the bushing are exterior to the body.
