More seriously, my 91 350/tb1/3:42 almost got 16 once.. normally ran about 13+ in COS (a mile + above sea level). Have never seen that 15.89 ever again.. Now in the flatlands, and 4:10s with 16" tires... Getting around 12... near 14 on a great day & a tail wind.
Driving (and towing?.. down to 7-ish) style can slide the numbers Up or Down!

my 89 3/4 ton suburban with 3.73s a tbi motor and 36" TSLs gets about 9 in town.

before i pulled my tbi, i was avaraging about 12-13 in town and i hit close to 16.5 highway.
