90 Suburban dash to 95 dash swap

I've read all the threads I could find about this swap, and have it almost completed. The only thing I'm still looking for more info on is the ducting. Specifically the mating of the old style heater a/c box, and the ducting for the 95 dash. Does anyone have any info, or preferably pictures about the ducting?

What about using small ducting, like what you can find at home improvement stores? Like what you might see for vents, etc? that and some duct tape might fix it
