So, I bought this suburban and from the beginning the dude told me that the rear window never worked, which I just assumed was the motor was bad. well now 4 years later finally getting around to fixing it and I pull the panel off to find the motor completely missing and a bunch of screws stuck in the regulator to hold it up! ugh!
So off I went to the internet to find a replacement motor and I can't seem to find anyone that has the actual replacement part, the sites that say they have it are either "out of stock" or when I dig in find out it is a motor for some other car entirely, and given that I don't have the original to compare to I can't say for sure is the right thing.
Does anyone here have a source for a motor from a reputable seller or even just a part number that they know will work.
oh and I have been looking heavily in my area on offerup and craigslist but all of the tailgates I find are already missing motors.
