Thanks. I dig your rig as well:thumb:. I'm really looking forward to watching your build. I wish I had taken pictures and posted my build from the get-go, but I just wasn't thinking.

Yeah, I dig that bumper you sent me other than it is chrome. Not a fan of chrome but I am sure it could be blasted and painted. Come to think of it, that guy never wrote me back. Errr. Not sure about Bilsteins and boots. I was shopping for cheap shocks. These trucks are too heavy to worry about sinking too much money into expensive shocks. I work for a truck manufacturer and we don't even install shocks on the rear of heavy trucks....no use.
 
The diving board is on for good, got some new LED lights on too. Now I need a winch.

Wish my 90 Sub looked that good, but i stripped all the paint off to lighten it up for the 1/4 mile drag races it frequents...... :rolleyes:
 
To early for that, its only 6 here, i cant even begin to think about picking up a beer yet. And i have fought and kicked and yelled at my 90 all day long, as she wasnt acting right.

It's always beer:30, haha especially when your truck is actin up.
 
Its just that alot of guys seem to have trouble running the fancy platinumand iridium plugs in our older trucks. Im curious to see if these cause the same problems, live up to the hype, or at least are a break even.

OK so after a full tank there was absolutely no change in the MPGs. However I do feel like there is some added power. Was this worth $5.99x8, maybe but I honestly dont know if I'll buy them again for the Sub. I am now done trying to squeeze every last mile out of a tank of gas, no matter what I do or how I drive I get 10 MPGs.

MORE POWER, BETTER ECONOMY maybe for some other vehicle that isn't shaped like a brick.
