Just picked up a 9.5"14BSF out of a '91 2wd 2500 Chevy truck, for my '91 1500 4wd Suburban. Don't have the spring perch width measurements on my 'Burb yet.

Will I have to cut the perches off and inboard them a few inches?

anyone have the conversion u-joint number from napa/autozone to run with the stock driveshaft?

Yes you'll have to move the perches. I think you'll have to move the shock mounts too.

My 6 lug 14sf came from a 94 2 wheel drive. Had to move perches and shock mounts.

Thats what I figured. Now the $50 I payed for the thing doesn't seem like a good deal anymore. I thought it was out of a Suburban, until we slung it into my truck.
