God I was looking for a '91 3/4 T Burb with the 4L80 forever! They're hard to find with overdrive. All it needs to be perfect is the big-block

Wow- what a response!!!

Ok- here is the deal. I still have the suburban. As you know it belongs to my grandfather. He hasn't been able to drive for about 5 years and the truck really didn't get used. So- my grandma asked me if I could help sell it since I know more about the vehicle. Then I post up this thread- promise pics- and then my grandma has it towed to some car lot. I have been arguing with them (grandparents) that I should have it sold to one of you guys. They already paid the car lot a commision- what the ****. Now the rest of my family gets involved and thinks that I am trying to make money off the deal for myself. I could care less- I offered to buy it from them so they could get the money sooner and I would take the risk of selling it.

Anyway- I swear that I have the truck. It is as promised and I will get pics.

I just need to figure out how to get my grandparents to let me take the truck off the lot, clean it, get some pics and sell it!!!

So- thanks for all the "opinions" out there. I hope the lynch mob thing is a joke. If you ban me- remember that I am actually a paying member, not one of the trolls. In fact- I have a calendar hanging above my desk.

On the upside- you will all be watching in anticipation as we start a bidding war for a great burb!!!!

Why not just go where the truck is and take pics anyways? Just so we can see what we've all been bellyaching about.

Better yet, show this thread, or print it off, and let your family read it to show them how serious we are about buying this.

FWIW, you're not gonna get banned or lynched for not replying sooner. As you can see, there are more than a few interested parties that you left hanging, which resulted in some obvious frustration.

I agree with Wes. Go to the lot and snap a few pics so we can all finally see the Sub. To do otherwise at this point would be almost criminal.... And no- there won't be any bidding going on. The first guy who comes up with the cash gets the truck, plain and simple. That's how the CK5 classifieds work, my friend.
