91 3/4 ton Suburban.....What tranny is in it? Update found it......

I got a 91 Suburban with a 350 and a 4 speed automatic in it. I do know that the t-case is a 241 (I checked the tag /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif) but I have never delt with enough 4 speed auto to tell one apart from another. The drive train is compleat in it so I want to part it out since it got creamed on the passenger side by a lumber truck.

I would guess it's a 4l80E, I think 1991 was the first year for them. Otherwise it's a TH700R4.

Well I found out what it is. The rpo codes on the glovebox lid list a MT1 which I just found out is a 4L80E.
