I checked my factory manual and the net and couldn't find code 85. The highest code number is 55 for faulty ECM.

The only thing I could find on the 'net was:
85 undefined gear ratio

It lists 85 as:
PROM Error or Undefined Gear Ratio Error (input or output sensor failure)
OR
TCC error - TCC is mechanically stuck "on"
