I finally have decided its time to start a build thread.I bought the truck back in October of last year for $1500.
Here's the specs

rebuilt 350
rebuilt 700r4
NP241C
10 bolt front
10 bolt rear
33" tires

It has been my dd the past few months until. I have been slowly accumulating parts for this build. And now its finally time to build.
Here's the parts list-
10 bolt and 14bsf from an '89 v2500 burb
6" lift springs
Dana44 flat top knuckle with arm from Olanchamedic
1 ton TRE and DOM from ruffstuff
2wd sector shaft and drop pitman arm from junkyard
Ford windstar dual fans
Jeep XJ steering shaft
37" military takeoffs on steel wheels

I'll post pics later tonight...

Pics?

Martin

I managed to break my cell phone :doah: so I will post pics when I get a new one tomorrow.

I got started on the front springs and had to cut out all the bolts since they were rust welded to the bushing sleeves. when I was cutting the driver side shackle bolt off the upper bolt snapped off. So now I have to get it out and order some bushings. I'm just glad it happened now instead of on the trail.

So while I wait for those to show up I'm going to swap out my knuckles and steering box.
