If you do find an NV4500, its almost too easy to swap in. I've got one behind my turbo 6.2L as well, and it was practically a bolt in swap. Only thing I've had issues with was the shifter boot hitting the transfer case shifter. The hydro clutch was easy too, just used a knockout punch set to put a hole in the firewall, slid the master into the hole, marked and drilled the two bolt holes, then drilled a new hole in the clutch pedal for the stud in the appropriate location. Gives me full throw of the clutch, and only very minimal movement on the firewall which will easily be fixed with a couple of support rods.
I used an external slave cylinder transmission, and was able to use the factory formed line for the 93 1 ton donor truck I used. Clearance between the driveshaft and clutch would be a problem on a truck that is used offroad, but with a 6" lift I have close to 4" of clearance between the driveshaft and the slave.
