91 K5 ROOF RUST REPAIR

Long story short, i have a 91 k5 blazer that is pretty solid except for the rear corners of the metal roof which i found huge rust holes after removing the rear top.. so, i found what appeared to be a rust free metal roof from a guy.. i had it media blasted and found out it had quite a bit of pin holes.. any suggestions on how to reasonably repair the pin holes?

With that many holes your best option and best repair is to chop out that section and weld in new metal - just a series of spot weld about an inch apart to control the heat and warpage. Then go back to the first spot weld and repeat the process until you form a continuous weld. Grind smooth and paint.
Oh, and last two pics are just red X’s
