Shipping to 42104? Do you have the standard JB SYE yoke on it? Case in good shape (no funny noises etc)? Does it include adapter?

It is the standard JB SYE kit not the super short shaft. The adapter is included. I have had no issues with the case and no noises out of it. When I put the SYE kit in I took a look for any wear, shavings, or water damage and found it to be in good shape.
