Hey guys, I have a 1992 chevy k5 blazer that I've done quite a lot of work on, I've just recently got my 4x4 working again it worked before I blew the thermal 4wd actuator, and it did not do this before either, I was down in the mud to my frame when it blew, but on to my question. I put a aftermarket posi-lock 4x4 actuator that has set screws instead of electrical solenoid to put the truck into 4wd, it worked great getting it in and out of 4wd, but when I'm driving in a straight line my back right tire sort of chirps and spins forward about 5 to 6 inches more than the other tires, I've never heard of anything like this in other 4wd vehicles, I'm just curious if I pushed the actuator too far in or messed anything else up, also someone said it might be from different tire size, but all are the same size 31.5 x 10.5 on 15in wheels.
