'92 pickup bench in an '87 K5

I posted this in the "main forum" and got no bites. I hope someone here can help.

I have a line on a great price for the 60-40 bench from an extended cab pickup. I'd like to get it to replace the beaten up buckets in my K5.

I believe I've read here that this works, but I have a couple of quick questions:

1. Does the width fit in the K5?
2. I know the holes don't line up, from what I've read. Are there any other interesting things I should know as they are installed?

i had a 60/40 out of a 92 in my k5, width is fine. brackets from the donor truck weorked too just had to drill soem holes and add plates under the floor for strenth.
