93\' \'burb DD electrical problem: HELP!

The DD's speedo and tachometer bounce all over the dial when driving. This happens part of the time, but almost always when you use the power windows. The alternator is charging. The battery is fine, replaced a few months ago.

Yep sounds like a bad ground to me. Might have to pull the dash and check all the connections
