93-older dodge conversion questions

i know its dodge but i got a buddy with one .

he got a nice southern ruast free 2wd dodge cummins 93 1ton drw 2wd and wanted to know if its around as easy to convert to 4x4 as our trucks are ?

has has a few axles he can get . gm drw and a ford high pinion 90 -91 king pin unit also . he has avalible divorced tcase to make it easy for the tranny side also .

anyone got any good links to builds or write ups thanks .
