I bought this TEERUK 2 weeks ago in Phoenix, and have driven it accross the country to a Corvair show in Jax Florida, and just arrived in Stowe Vermont. The turbo exhaust gasket got noisy this morning, and I noticed the truck surges while going down hill, on cruise, presumably at lite throttle.
Maybe bcause of the added noise I'm noticing this more, but it seemed so pronounced, that it "felt" as if it would stall, which of course it didn't. Under power it's fine, just going down hills, which of course Vermont has plenty of!
I just put in a new PMD and cooler b4 I left the Oven that is Phoenix, and the IP says 2005. Mileage is 238,000, and it has run some of its life on veggie oil.
