Just bought this today and had the hood open,now cant seem to get it open. I can here it clicking sort of and trying banging and lifting at the same time. Any suggestions?

look by the release under the hood, sometimes the cable comes off its linkage, i have to sometimes use a flathead screwdriver and push the lock release to open.

Got it open thanks. Is there any adjustment to that cable or do i just buy another?

i just put it where it goes and bent the metal looped part so it cant wiggle its way out again.
