any input on axle ideas? current plan is scout 44 center sections with reid knuckles and chevy 8 lug hardware on the front with gm 44 spindles bolted to the rear for a full float rear. only going to run 35s so the 44 strength shouldnt be an issue.
what side drop?
how about early Bronco axles? or a set of newer JK axles? the JK axles might be the best, lots of aftermarket support.

6.2 diesel swap it.
Biggest reason for scout axles is i have some, and a pile of shitty 10 bolts and 44s to rob parts off of. And the spring under may be beneficial in my setup, going to run 52” chevy springs up front and 63” out back. They are pass drop. So im thinking of trying to find a 4wd 2.3 trans and then throw a divorced 205 in behind it, gives me pass drop case and doubler real easy.
