95 sportside bed on 83k10

im going to paint it all one color and the bed just has to be scuffed and sprayed thats why i left it like that. i thought satin black, then all red and now im not sure maybe drab green. i seen that bed on older trucks so i measured one and thought to myself i could make it work, i sat for hours looking and i found one on car domain and i liked it. the clip is a 91 gmc suburban and the fenders have warn flares, they are old and dont make em anymore...

I think it's a mistake to mix body styles like that. Looks wrong. Lines don't match up, and why should they?

ok, well at least your honest. it fit real good , i drive it around alot and alot say its different but looks good. so everyone has different opinions....thanks anyway

how much was the bed??ive been thinking about getting one for my 99 crew cab??where did you get it from??they are kinda hard to find

i go it from a friend for 100.00 , its in almost perfect shape. there are places around here they run about 400-800 depending on the shape. so you can see why i used the newer bed and didnt fix the old one, for 100.00 i couldnt go wrong. it was either that or the truck was getting junked like that.

thankyou lots guys i think it looks good 2 , in about a month when i get garage space im going to put my new fenders , doors and the hood i decide to buy. i just know what color to do it....any ideas???

i looked at that color, fusion orange i think... today at the auto supply, that really caught my eye but i have no idea. i was thinkin eurathane...

ill tell ya then i thought a flat color like black, od, or even camo.....im nt sure to make it nice and use my m1008 for the trails and my shortbed for the mud...in mud it washes off tree scratches dont...lol....i duno what to do. thanks tho
