I got one but it's a 3500 quad cab 4x4 dually. I towed all weekend last weekend and am currently getting between 16 to 17 mpg. I also have the 5 speed manual.

I have a 99 4x4 5 speed, Quad, Long Bed, 3.54 245/75 R16, has a timing box on it, Old Style Van Aaken. I see generally 22 mpg empty on my commutes. Increased by 2 when I put the box on.
