98 blazer heat problems

i gotta 98 blazer and now the heater gets warm but the air does not blow nearly as hard as it used to. i've been told so many different things at auto shops hopin someone here has so better solutions.
-was told it was the heater core
-told the radiator was bad-(its perfectly fine)
any help would be appreciated
