99-06 Fitment issues

For those who have installed bucket seats from 99-06, does the driver side seat fit closer to the door than the passenger side? I'm only using the front inner bolt location, then will work the other tabs where they land. If I shift the driver seat over towards the middle, then I'm offset from the steering wheel.?
Also do the seats look angles inward? Un level basically? The braces are within the bubble on my level, but the they look like they are leaning in.

I’m running ‘02 Silverado buckets in mine. When I first mocked up the seat to the factory holes the set was offset to the steering wheel centerline. Drove me nuts.

I only used one stock front bolt location. I’ll attach a link from my build where I installed my seats when I get home. My phone don’t want to let me link it.

I too had to off set the driver seat due to where the rail landed at the rear. That ridge in the floor pan at the rear of the seat dictated the location. I ended much like how you set yours up. Thank you for the direction.
Don't judge my welds on the bottom supports. I only wore a t-shirt that day and I was having to dodge some hot slag coming down! Of course I now need to order a new foam bottom and get ready for some upholstery work
