99 1/2 sas?

so I have been looking into a solid axle swap on my 99 once I get a new DD. one thing I have noticed is they don't offer them for 991/2 1500. so I tried searching google and the only thing I could find is that the frames are different on the earlier 99/2000. anyone else no anything about this?

Depends if you are talking about OBS or NBS. They ran the OBS till 2000 under c-k 1500/2500/3500, the NBS will be a silverado 1500/2500/3500.

CAGE offroad had one, but they went out off business. I've read that the brains behind their stuff is doing it on his own, and should have a web site soon.

It was high $$ in '07,($$3500) I imagine they haven't got any cheaper.
It used Ford control arms and uses coil springs.

thanks for the info guys this is still an idea in the back of my head since my blazer aint done yet. just looking around so when the time comes I know whats im looking for.
