My project is 14B swap into an 87' Blazer 4x4.
Keeping the drum brakes on the 14B.
It's from a 99' K2500, so nothing matches.

Has anybody come up with a good solution/formula to mod the smaller brake Tube Nut single line to the Dual Rubber Hoses on the 10-1/2" FF, which use a larger (9/16"?) nut?

I don't even know the exact line sizes, so please advise. Metric, inches... IDK?

It's sub-zero here in MT and aquiring the correct nuts and finding some sort of solution or distrobution block mod is what I'm searching for.

Using the stock proportioning and Master Cylinder OK?

Will Proportioning be absolutely required?
The 99' K2500 had Hydroboost and the 87' does not... (at least not this season, although the parts are in storage).

The 99' axle has an aluminum splitter with 2 short aluminum tubes crimped to 2 seperate rubber hoses coming out.
I'm not so sure the short tubes can be flared, if I chop off the lines and get rid of the rubber lines?
My guess was to solder one shut and flare one and mod it with a fitting to fitting coupling, if possible?

ie: Use the single line from the 87' and get by for now without spinning out with improper proportioning.

Maybe somebody here can set me straight, so I can get my parts together while it's snowing another foot today?

Pictures of your successful install or links to who might have an affordabel distrobution solution, since the Tube Nuts from both axles and brake systems are dissimilar sizez.

I have studied fluid dynamics for designing brake systems 16 years ago, but the links to the threads I used for refrences are all gone. There's so much math, I forgot. The systems I was working on back then were all Japanese and thus metric. What GM has used for threads and tubing sizes unknown to me, at this stage.

You expert advice, would be great!

Found This:
https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.com/showassembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=372538

It shows the brake line is 3/16". No mention of the nut thread size or the flare required, bubble, or open or crimpmed?

Item Number #10 from the diagram:

It lists this part as an alternate part number: 176-1411 $33.00 vs 15884695 $112.00

The drop down menu on the right hand side of the page of the first link, (with the diagram), shows various hydro boost, vacuum systems and a bunch of GVW truck weights this is supposed to work on.

Let me know if you think this is a good solution to get the rear lines into one fitting and where to get something to couple the smaller 87' main line coming from the reservoir?

Pardon me for the poorly constructed thread above.
I'm exhausted and had no idea there is a 15 minute deadline on editing the post for clearity.
