@Deuling , if you keep your cookies in the freezer then you need to get better cookies. How do you plan to fix that?

Mike, how much time until the parts are ready for reassembly?

Hey Brother, long time. :D

I'm sure that some of it is done. I've just been so damn sick the last two weeks I really haven't made it to the paint shop. Starting to feel better, so I'm going to do some stuff this weekend with the parts that are still here and get them over to him. I need to finish out the skid plates on the belly pan and sliders and a couple other odds and ends. Hopefully with in two weeks, I'll start to reassemble everything.

Oh I've been lurking the whole time, I just don't say a whole lot! But I saw you were getting really close and then not much so I figured I'd ask, I hope you feel better!

Mike you jinxed yourself by putting a timeframe out there. The only way to make good on that is to fill ALL CK5 requests for CHIPS AHOY cookies!

Hey Mikey i am good at puzzles. Let me know if you need guidance and as you know the frig is safe.

You got the wrong Fridge replacement coolant.;)

Puzzle parts are nice.

That stays in the truck. Lol

Still needs more triangulation

Don’t say that... lol I’m hopeful that I’m just about done fabbing.

Along those lines, I have three skid plates to knock out this weekend and get them to paint. I finished the tranny skid yesterday and cut the metal to size for the sliders. I’ll be heading out to finish the slider skids shortly.

It’s going to be so fun when I have everything back from paint and I start to bolt this thing together. Pretty excited. :saweet:

Yes Sir! I went for 1 1/2” for down the road if I want to throw some UHMW under there, too.

I went with two bits. The first some started a nice chamfer, and then the big one hogged it out. Granted, I’m doing it by hand because I’m too lazy to fit the plates on the press, but it seemed when I tried to start with the heavy duty one, she’d kinda chunk out and it wouldn’t be a perfect round hole. :dunno:

You gonna assemble this beast with all stainless hardware so it looks pretty? Or maybe all CAT bolts would be cool too!
