Meat grinder, foodsaver, and enough seasoning and materials to build 150 pounds of sausages.... going to town tomorrow and getting my elk tag, a few doe tags. I am going to be one bloody mofo till the end of season.

Hey, any other suggestions? I know a guy that has a dehydrator for jerky, so ill be doing that too. any other suggestions welcome.
 
And pack some meat up in dry ice and send it down here, no way you'll be ble to eat it all.
 
I guess this is what happens when a pereson that hasnt hunted in over 20 years gets stoked.....

My dad, and his 3 deer. filled his tags in an hour this morning. :haha:

That is a nice freezer load of deer!
Big game hunting is done for me this year. Meat's all processed and vaccum packed. Now its time to get to eatin.:D
Just pulled 2 racks of elk jerky out of the smoker. YUM!

I would like to send out some jerky to you guys. But note the speckles on the jerky.
Those are home grown dried peppers from my garden. The PO sez i need a FFL to ship them thru the mail.
