My ac compressor is froze up and I have no interest or money to fix it so I was wondering how to tell if there was any freon still in the system. I want to take out the compressor and all the lines to help open up my engine compartment. There is a thing that looks like a tire valve stem on one of the lines. If there is no pressure in that, is there none in the system? Thanks:cool1:

one bolt in the back of the compressor. undo it and see if it starts seeping out.

if it does tale it to a removal center:whistle:
