Is it possible? Probably, but this is one of the easiest radiators you will ever remove, it makes more sense (to me anyway) just to drain it, pop off the cooler lines, top brackets and rad hoses and get it out of the way rather than risk your sanity and/or potentially damaging a line or the radiator wrestling it around. I think it took me all of ten minutes to remove it. Plus you get to inspect it, clean it, or repaint as necessary while you've got it out.
