i replaced everything but i can't find new hoses for the system.it's an 84 k5 6.2 with a6 compressor. i just don't want to put 30 year old hoses back on it. any help?

You can have them rebuilt, I've done that a few times in the past. They just reuse the hard stuff if it's still good, replacing the hoses. Sometimes it's alittle cheaper than a new hose assembly.
Something like that though Napa should have or be able to get.

a local a/c shop or a thermo king repair facility can rebuild the hoses pretty cheap. I doubt you can find new hoses for it. I couldn't find them for a 1991 new body style 6.2, had to get them rebuilt.
there's a couple of places arond that do hydraulic hose repair. maybe they can help me out
I think Dorman lists them...they recently started reproducing many A/C hoses....you can look online at their catalog listings..
