A/C line? Help

Another newbie question.

This has something to do with the AC correct? Well I can feel a bulge/bubble in the line where im pointing to. How do I go about replacing this part? whats it called? Is it pretty easy to replace? Im looking for any help I can get.

That is an a/c line, if your a/c still works you would be better off going to a shop to get it fixed so they can evac and recharge it. if there is no freon in the system, you can take the line off and take it to an a/c shop, and they can probably put a new hose on it, or you might be able to get one at an auto parts store.
