I made a post last week about ac compressor noise. The consensus was it needed oil. Where/how do I accomplish this? I saw some r134 stuff today it said with oil...is that what I need? Or something else?
if its 134 converted, you just go and pickup a load of PAG (or is it PAQ) oil. Your local parts still will have it, tell them you need the PAG oil for the AC. i've seen different variants of it, but if you sitll have full 134 in there, you should get the oil only one. (Its an interesting unit, you use your wrench to force the oil into the lines).
Exactly. stuff comes in a black tube that looks like a syringe (kinda) and you inject it into the system without removing anything. any parts shop should have it.
