A Co-worker dinged my Show K5!!!!

Take the purple truck to work with door edge protectors on it. "Accidently" fling the door open into her car. Remove door edge protectors.

The last person that rested their door on my truck lost a mirror. One woman actually had the audacity to say "your truck is so scratched up I didn't think you'd notice". I said, "It doesn't matter whether I notice or not, it's not the right thing to do. Especially when a person backs their butt into the door proceeding to dent the box of my truck like you just did." She proceeded to tell me that old vehicles like mine shouldn't even be on the road anymore. I pretended to drive away as she went into the store. I parked, walked back, and left her passenger mirror dangling by the wires.

Rofl. I imagine if the door of your trail rig caught a gust of wind and blew open, it would get her window? Glass is probably more expensive then dent removal on little POS imports. A few years ago my friend had a mint 77 K5,all lifted with 44's,jet black,flawless paint,etc.Some stupid doosh bag flung her door open and put a nice gouge in his rear quarter,then her welfare brats proceeded to repeatedly bang the door up against his truck--it was all I could do to hold him back(he was bigger than me!)he was going to kill them all,I talked him out of it,but he did go out and ream her a new butthole--and he got her insurance information--she was in a big rush to leave,didnt want to involve the police(my friend didnt either--later I learned he had an outstanding warrant for traffic tickets! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif)and he tried to contact her insurance company,but guess what--it was cancelled for non payment,so he was SOL--he got very pissed again,I thought I'd be reading about his arrest for murder on the front page--but he didnt freak out--here's what he did--he peed in a gallon jug for a week or so,and took a ride to the slum where her car was--and proceeded to pour it down the cowl near the wiper blades,and since her window was open a few inches,he gave the drivers side seat a generous dose too.Wasnt he a mean prick???I dont think she'll be so careless in the future! /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

People that aren't "into" cars don't even think about that kind of thing. A car is just an object to them, a utilitarian possesion used to get from point a to point b. Not that you can't blame her, but some people in this thread are pretty dang malicious.

How about this - when you drive your "show truck" to work, park it where nobody can park next to it. I always park my cars out int he boonies where nobody can park next to them, sure it takes 30 seconds longer to walk to the building, but at least I won't get any door dings.

I always park in the very back of the parking lot but everytime I come back out every truck on the damn base is parked mext to me. I HATE when people do that. I park out there so nood will ding up my truck then it turns into a "hey I wanna have a reall 4x4 like this guy show so Ill park next to him" Most of the time i end up with a ding too. I remeber once I ran into the store real quick to get something and my Brother and friend where out in my truck...when this a$$hole in some lil rice racer opens his door right into the side of my truck, with my brother and friend watching and didnt even acknowledge he did anything, and walked into the store....when I came out and they told me what happened, lets just say I got even. I kinda accidentally opened and KICKED my door into his a few times...enough that the alarm went off...I say go street justice, bring the trail rig and ding the [darn] outta her door...shes allready a weasel for not telling her when she knows it was yer truck!! I wouldnt go as far as a ball peen hammer or baseball bat, but deffinently an eye for an eye...leave a HUGE door ding for her!

Here when you park way away from everyone else someone always keys the side of the vehicle. My ex- use to park way off in no mans land untill I told her what happens. She was talking to some of her friends and they all had been keyed. And use to park way out there.

My problem with that is..
I use my truck for company use...
and I come and go all day...
so parking far away would just make my job harder!!!

I always park my Crew Cab super-tanker way out in the boonies of the parking lot.

One time, back when I had my 70 SS Chevelle, I had this lady with a station wagon full of kids ding the living sh!t out of my driver side door when they all got out. The lady saw what her kids had done, but tried real hard to act like she didn't. Since my door already had a big dent in it from her brat kids, I decided one more would not make a difference, so pushed my door open on her car as hard as I could, and put a huge dent in it. I just said, "ooops! I'm sorry". She then started to scream at her kids to get back in the car...NOW. The lady threw her car in gear, and tore out of there like her ass was a catching on fire. I felt a lot of satisfaction from that.
