1/2 ton status
found these on craigslist, about 100 miles away. i hauled one home, and my brother in law (he bought them) drove one home.
i met him at his work on saturday at noon, he drove his ranger with the tow dolly to work. he got done with work and we rode in the dodge to pick up the crew cabs. the people didn't belive we were coming, even though we told them the nite before we were for sure coming. we called when we were about 20 minutes away. i had a 2 hour drive so we wanted to make sure they were gonna be home.
. while my BIL went to the notary we got the engineless crew loaded up and everything in the bed strapped down. he got back and we left for home. we had to stop at his work and loaded up the ranger on the dolly and headed the last 30 miles back home with no light on the dolly, i just followed close, and the got covered by whatever was leaking from the running crew cab. the running one is a '87 has 350,400,205, d60 and d70 and converted to carb with a jasper engine and a holley. the non running one was originally a 454 but was pulled out and burned in there barn on thursday. it has a th400, 205, d60, d70. we got a tall deck 427 (supposedly) too.
and i definitly need a programmer for my dodge.
