I need a new diff cover, will one from a furd dana 60 work? Also, what about locking hubs. Are they interchangeable also?

Yes, all regular d60's use the same cover. Super 60's are different.
There are some external hubs but they look way different. Internal hubs all exchange.
Before heavy duty diff covers were commonly available lots of guys used Ford ( high pinion) covers cause the fill plug was higher
