measure each end of the frame from the ground??? i dont have bumpers and the cab is bolt to the frame by the 2 front mounts and i know how i wanna do the rear mounts just need to make the frame and cab level, then :weld: in the rear mounts :pimp:.

Big jack stands and a 4 foot level. Can't trust the ground or the suspension to be level...

Put the level across the frame at the front, and use a pair of tall jack stands to keep it level. Then move to the rear and do the same.

thats a good idea to make sure its level side to side. but how bout front to back. i wanna make sure the frame is level so when i make the rear mounts. i got the front clip bolted on and theres no bed. just a cab with the front clip is all the sheet metal. thx for the info

The pick-up frame should have a flat section behind the cab. Set the level on there the other way and get it level too.

its a k5 frame, theres a hump half way back that looks flat about 6inchs on top that might be enough for a level. you guys think it would read accurate right there?
