A holey question

Okay, I have a question. I need to replace the fuel pump on my Yukon, but I don't want to take the tank out if I don't have to. My brother tells me his friends 91 Subby has a hole in the floor that he can get to the pump assembly on the tank without dropping it out. I wonder if my new body style Yukon is the same way, or am I SOL? Thanks in advance brotherhood.

not sure. but i've known people that just cut a hole above it. i've done it on a turbocoupe i had.

yeah I cut a hole using a sawzall. Happened during a trail ride and didnt want to drop the tank on the trail. Plus if I ever need to get to it again, easy access.
