a little advice on TBI

Ok, I finally am getting ready to go to electronic injection. I have a 74 chevy 4wd pickup with a goodwrench 350, longtube headers and energizer 272 cam. The setup I got was on a 383 stroker that ran very well. It is reman tbi, reman distributer, haywire wiring harness (like painless), all sensors, egr, edelbrock performer tbi intake, and helix power tower tbi spacer. Obviously I need a fuel pump...any recommendations on a good inline pump? I will be using a fuel cell and running new braided fuel lines. Right now the ecm has a hypertech chip in it...in the future I will get a custom burned chip and eliminate the knock sensor and egr. Also, any recommendations for a coil? Also, is the tbi going to have a problem with the cam that I have in my motor?

tbi will have a problem with the cam, unless u get a custom chip burned.

thats a good site. i had him make a chip for my s-10 which i dropped a 93 buick roadmaster motor in with a few things changed on it

I would really like to have a custom chip burned, then I could eliminate the egr and knock sensor...not to mention making it run better. Who all burns custom chips? I know affordablefuelinjection burns custom chips for their units...I would bet that they would sell just the chip. There arent any numbers or anything on the outside of my computer, I thought this is how you tell what its application was? Thanks for the replies guys. Brian at TBI chips told me that the cam would not work with tbi and that I should swap it. So I guess he can't make a chip for it. The guy at www.affordable-fuel-injection.com said that my cams specs are within thier tolerance for the chips that they send out with their sbc tbi kits...I dont really want to swap the cam if I dont have to.
