Might be a stupid question, but what's the function of a front bumper like the one on the pull truck? Seems like it'd really hurt approach angles?

because it used to look like this

...approach angle never mattered because it was a street queen but as you see my trail truck doesnt have that bumper on it ;)

they will become removable and the trailer will get widened this winter just ran out of money before autumm thump run...

Been there, done that and I'll tell ya my experience...removable fenders aren't worth the trouble.

Their weaker and a PITA to remove and install every time you wanna load or un-load.

so do you run no fenders on your trailer...i really like the fenders on my trailer...

Course I do. :surepal:

An easier solution would be to make one of the fenders capable of being driven over without worry.

So when you load, just stay on that side.

Removable fenders are a huge maintenance issue anyway.

mine has removealbe fenders too. I can't rememebr where i placed my fenders last...... ;)

the fenders on your trailer look to be fairly strong, or at least stronger than mine that I have driven over countless times with no worry. just bend em back up if they rub your tires. if you haul a big 4wd a lot then trailer fenders should be the least of your worrys.
