Anybody use these LMC A-pillar trims? https://www.lmctruck.com/1973-91-ch...1-91-a-pillar-trim-set-with-built-in-tweeters. I'm wondering how they clear the visors, especially the foam-padded ones from the later year square bodies. Also, this seems cool and many of us could probably use some new trim pieces anyway, but is it worth the $113 plus shipping vs. some generic mini-tweeter attached to stock trim?

I know I had some tweeters stuck on the a pillars for a while and it did help, but I'm thinking of moving speakers from the dash to the kick panels. I'm afraid of highs from the kick panels being muffled by legs, cargo, etc., but also wondering if having the main speakers like 5' lower than the tweeters will prove obnoxious.

If we are placing our own tweeters, why not go about 6" above the dash, like on later-model trucks?
