A short video of me

What do you mean? I came home in one piece. The second video was first thing in the morning. I don't know why the locker wasn't kicking in there, but it worked fine the rest of the day. It's an Aussie locker with conventional 80-90 gear oil. I was going to change it out for synthetic this winter to see if it works better.

That's the only thing that jumped out at me. You could have made quick work of those obstacles if you had one or it worked

The only thing I could think of was that maybe since my K5 hasn't been used a lot that maybe it took a bit to loosen up or warm up the front end so that the locker worked right. That's the only time it hasn't ever kicked in like it's supposed to. We were down there in July and it worked perfectly.

Hub may not have been locked in all the way either. It looked like it wanted to go. Actually looked very much like a slipping clutch type posi, like it wants to turn but there's no hard connection.
